AO Asif Maxillofacial (Mid-Tier) Course

This course, accredited by AO North America, will be held November 13-14, 1999, in Dallas, TX. It is intended for advanced training in the operative management of trauma and reconstruction of the craniofacial patient according to AO ASIF techniques. Course chairmen are Gregory R. D.
