Abstract
In the March 2022 issue of Antioxidants & Redox Signaling (vol. 36; no. 7–9, pp. 505–524), the article entitled “PDK4 Decrease Neuronal Apoptosis via Inhibiting ROS-ASK1/P38 Pathway in Early Brain Injury After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage,” by Gao et al. requires correction.
In the original publication, figures 4, 7, and 9 included the incorrect fluorescent images.
Below, the image on the left is the original, and the image on the right is the revised.
In Figure 4, the fluorescent images of the SAH+siRNA-NC group have been corrected.
In Figure 7, the fluorescent images of the SAH +100mg/kg DCA group has been corrected.
In Figure 9, the H&E images of the Hb+LV-PDK4 group has been corrected.
The authors have ensured these revisions precisely represent the experimental groups as intended, reinforcing the validity of the original findings. Furthermore, the authors wish to clarify that these errors do not affect the experimental results and overall reading of the article and are confident that this inadvertent error in image selection does not undermine the overarching conclusions.
