Dear Editor:
In this review,
1
the authors include other case study articles but omitted one that I published. In their review, they reported that 40/42 individuals stopped breastfeeding within the first month. In our case study report, the mother was able to breastfeed for 6 months with a management plan that included a hospital-grade breast pump, the use of the Baby Weigh™ to measure milk transfer, and the use of medication to enhance her milk making capacity. Her milk supply never reached a normal range; however, she was able to optimize her milk supply to >400 milliliters per day.

Our findings are quite different from what is reported in the systematic review and, therefore, a significant omission from the publication.
