T2-KLH
Method of Immunization
BALB/c mice immunized with 50 μg of T2-KLH in complete Freund's adjuvant intraperitoneally. Booster injections were carried out with incomplete Freund's adjuvant biweekly with 25 μg of immunogen for 3 months.
Parental Cell Line Used for Fusion
Sp2/0-Ag14—mouse myeloma cells.
Selection and Cloning Procedure
Hybridomas were cultured in HAT medium and were subcloned several times by limiting dilution.
Heavy and Light Chains of Immunoglobulin
IgG2a (κ light chain).
Specificity
Selected clone toward T2-BSA and T2-KLH was not reactive with BSA and KLH, respectively.
Specific Antigen Identified
T-2 Toxin.
