In the October 2023 issue of the Journal of Palliative Medicine (vol. 26, no. 10; 1365–1373), a correction has been made to Figure 2.

On page 1368, in Figure 2, the columns had been inadvertently flipped so that the “seen within 30-days” bar represented the data for patients seen within 3 months and vice versa.

This figure has been corrected so that Figure 2 now reflects the correct positioning and labeling of the columns.

The authors apologize for this error.
