Abstract
At the start of the second year with a new Editorial Board, it seems timely to review and examine the progress of the journal in meeting its goals and in serving the needs of constituents. We define constituency within a broad context, including Division 35 members, general readership, aspiring authors and researchers, and the discipline at large, which may influence, and be influenced by, what appears between the covers of the Psychology of Women Quarterly. In this brief commentary, I want to share some information about the general operations of the journal, summarize the editorial changes that have been initiated, and suggest some directions for future contributions.
