Abstract
Presented here is the report of one of our Advisory Board members on recent presentations made in Israel on educationally handicapped and mentally retarded children. The attendance at this conference, held about one year ago, was interdisciplinary in the largest meaning of the term—about a third of the participants were parents, a third physicians and educators, and a third social workers and administrators. As chairman of the organizing committee, Mr. Genigar was deeply involved for more than two and a half years in scores of activities and happenings related to the preparation and management of the conference. The proceedings of the Congress will be available from the League's Secretariat, 12, Rue Forestiere, Brussels 5, Belgium.
