Preliminary evidence from 12 Ss suggests LSD-25 leads to dissociation of perceptual and autonomic functions and then to anxiety. Individual differences in reaction to the drug were marked, but sufficient control for manipulation of arousal mechanisms with LSD-25 seems practical.
