Abstract

Thank you so much for your commentary. We are really glad that you enjoyed reading our article 1 and appreciate more your attention to detail and your astute perception of the percentage confusion in our Table 1.
This definitely needs to be corrected, as the percentages were mistakenly switched, and I will communicate with the editor as soon as possible to see if this can be amended on the print version.
As for the computed tomography scan, this particular one was done for a patient who was noted to have a polyp blocking the right nasal cavity that was eventually found to be isolated to his inferior turbinate. It was chosen as the representative computed tomography scan because of the Keros level, image clarity, and intent for us to show what we needed to show. It was found to be ideal for the depiction of our measurement methods.
Since this study was focused on identifying the relationship between the Keros level and the position of the anterior ethmoid artery, we did not look at the effect of the Lund-Mackay score or the anterior ethmoid canal. Further studies would definitely be beneficial to study such correlations.
In the hope that we were able to answer your questions, we again value and appreciate your input on our work and feel happy that we communicate across oceans through our research.
