Giant Cystic Lymphangioma in the Thoracic Wall in a Newborn

A newborn presented with a giant cystic mass on the right thoracic wall (Fig 1). Thoracic MRI (magnetic resonan imaging) showed giant cystic lesion in the right thoracic wall (Fig 2). The giant cystic lesion was totally removed.
