Re the article “Is antipsychotic augmentation associated with improved functioning in patients on clozapine?” by Cho, Mukherjee and Sazhin.1 This was a very interesting article and, along with other recent publications,2,3 indicates that careful combination of two antipsychotic drugs can sometimes be more beneficial than monotherapy.
It would be very useful to know which drugs were used to augment, the number of patients on each drug, and the dose range—a table might be good?
