A Path Analytic Approach to Some Correlates of Students' Satisfaction with a Computerized Management Simulation

Student satisfaction, participation, and academic credit were investigated in a junior-level, semester-long management simulation. Self-reported survey data supported the relationship between rewards, student participation, and resulting student satisfaction. Participation was found to affect satisfaction by way of a direct path, as well as through an indirect path via increased academic credit.
