Affinity provides customized services to improve operations, member engagement, and marketing. Affinity is known for combining an entrepreneurial approach with proven tactics to help clients achieve their strategic priorities.
Affinity Strategies was founded by CEO, Elizabeth Schumacher, JD, aka “Liz.” Prior to starting Affinity Strategies, Liz was Executive Director of LUGPA, a national urology subspecialty association with over 2400 members. As a senior legislative attorney for the American Medical Association, Liz managed nationwide health insurance public policy development and Affordable Care Act rulemaking. While at Pfizer, Liz developed and implemented strategic stakeholder engagement on key issues, including specialty tiers, access to medications, biologics, and Medicare. Liz began her career at age 26 at the University of Wisconsin, where she was responsible for the third largest academic medical research budget in the United States.
ACMQ’s new Executive Director is Amy Thomasson.
