In Table 3, the Negative Likelihood Ratio (NLR) values were miscalculated due to an inversion in the formula application. The correct formula for NLR is: NLR = (1 − Sensitivity) / Specificity. The revised Table 3 with accurate NLR values is as follows. This correction improves statistical precision but does not alter the study’s primary conclusions regarding the diagnostic performance of Mini-Cog3 and the process-based CDT. The authors sincerely apologize for this oversight and any potential confusion it may have caused.
