Abstract
Due to an error at the printing stage, 59 copies of Volume 39, Issue 4 (October 2019) inadvertently included an incomplete list of Pi Theta Epsilon (PTE) Honor Society inductees for July 2018 to June 2019. The online version and the remainder of the print copies did not include the PTE list at all. The correct PTE inductee list will be published in Volume 40, Issue 1 (January 2020 issue).
