Abstract

Answer B. Johari window
The Johari window is a reflective framework that is designed to enhance self-awareness, communication and development. It divides self-perception and knowledge into four quadrants:
Open area is information known to both individual and others Blind area is information known to others but not the individual Hidden area is private thoughts, experiences or self-doubt known only to the individual Unknown area is latent skills, knowledge or potential that neither the individual nor others have yet recognised.
