A. Arrange a Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale (WFIRS) assessment to confirm the diagnosis
B. Complete the Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Self-Report Scale (ASRS) screening tool
C. Explain that adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is unlikely without hyperactivity in childhood
D. Refer her immediately for cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
