Marijuana and the Law: What Young People Say

As a result of the actions of many young people there is a good deal of concern in our society about the use of chemical substances by adolescents. The adults in our society become concerned when young people drop out of school, when they become indifferent to the values and standards which are either held or idealized by the larger society, and when they violate the legal codes.
