Abstract
The quality of Physical Education (PE) education in high schools is closely related to interactive educational efficiency in classrooms. Teachers and students can improve their interest in learning through classroom interaction. Teachers can adjust educational programs according to the existing shortcomings of physical education, stimulate students’ interests in sports, and reduce student tensions and learning pressures. Students can increase their enthusiasm and creativity in sports, thereby enhancing students’ sports skills. Therefore, in a practical teaching process, it’s important to emphasize enhancing the effectiveness of interactive instruction in the classroom. This makes it possible to develop sports instruction. This paper analyzes how to effectively improve the effects of classroom interactions in a lower secondary school, and proposes a concrete teaching method for physical education. First, this paper explains the importance of improving the effectiveness of classroom education for junior high school students, and analyzes the present state of PE classroom education, and proposes an improvement strategy including physical education, and rationalizes students’ physical and mental development to stimulate students’ interest in sports. The classroom is innovative education and means that students improve their classroom enthusiasm.
Introduction
With the rapid development of the socio-economic economy, a new era requires more strict requirements for the overall quality of students [1]. At present, the class in the physical education classroom of the junior high school is not almost emphasized, and the effect of the class is not so much. Therefore, schools and teachers need to emphasize physical education [2]. Using the rational method of education, students improve their enthusiasm for the sports classroom, improve the educational effects of high school PE classrooms, and improve students’ growth. In the background of the new era, the changing demand situation of the talents changed, and the reform of the new curriculum led to the change in traditional education based on theoretical knowledge and further focused on the overall development of the students [3]. In order to adapt to the demands of a new era, it needs to improve the PE class room teaching in the upper secondary school and promote the overall growth of the students. Physical education is one of the main ways to move the body in a nervous learning life and strengthen the body. Students accept basic knowledge and skills of sports teachers through physical education, and teachers cultivate the passion for sports and cultivate a deep understanding of gymnastics (Gym) [4]. In addition to helping students strengthen physical strength, physical education can promote the development of students’ mental health through interactions between thought and behavior during curriculum activities [5]. At present, education in the physical education class of junior high school students is still behind the way of thinking of education [10]. Teachers improve students’ health status as a teaching goal, allowing students to learn the skills of sports projects and ignoring students’ physical literacy and sports skills that do not meet the current requirements for curriculum reform [11]. It is not desirable to improve the quality of students. Traditional educational ideas make it difficult for students to interest in the atmosphere of the sports classroom. The enthusiasm of a monotonous and boring student is not high [12]. This is disadvantageous to the reform and development of career education in the junior high school sports career [13]. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the problem of improving the educational effect of the junior high school physical education classroom by changing the contents of the junior high school sports classroom form which innovates the conventional educational concept [14]. At present, there is a teaching method and a teaching method in the physical education classroom of the junior high school. PE teachers still adopt the traditional teaching method of the Tang Dynasty, emphasize the students’ skill of sports projects, ignore student’s subjective initiative, and students’ enthusiasm is not high [15]. It can promote the overall quality of students. Currently, teachers and students lack effective interaction between teachers and students in the physical education classroom of junior high school [19]. Junior high school sports classrooms are short, and in physical classrooms mainly students teach sports skills in individual or group exercises, fewer teachers and student interactions, ask students questions, etc [20]. The methods to analyse the PE teaching problems.
First, teachers need to change the concept of education to improve the effectiveness of PE classroom education in junior high schools. Teachers need to use the idea of a whole new sport education through the entire educational content. Traditional physical education does not emphasize students’ characteristics without stimulating students’ potential. Research object
