The Ethics Commission (EC) has taken the following recent disciplinary actions. According to Section 1.3 of the Enforcement Procedures for the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics Standards (2010), with the exception of those cases involving only reprimand, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) ‘‘will report the conclusions and sanctions in its official publications and will also communicate to any appropriate persons or entities.’’
