Abstract
The issue forum continues this month. Bonnie Brooks, M.Ed., OTR, COTA Liaison, and Assistant Director, Division of Education, has developed the issues associated with the relationships between Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). It is very important for all of us as members of the AOTA to recognize and support the two professional levels of preparation and practice, and to work together to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to the clients in need of occupational therapy services within our diverse and complex health delivery system.
