Well-rounded bodily development for all the pupils, in place of specialized athletics for the few, is one of the newer aims of education. The present article on the Dover physical program contains many apt suggestions along this line.

Individual responsibility has evidently been impressed to an unusual degree upon the pupils of this High School. They run their own study rooms and take care of certain matters of discipline. Adoption of a formal code of laws has been an afterthought.
