Leydig cell and Sertoli cell tumours are rare non-germ cell tumours of the testis. Leydig cell tumours occur in adult males between 20–60 years of age. Sertoli cell tumours can occur at any age, including infants. Non-Hodgkins lymphoma is the most common testicular neoplasm in men over the age of 50. Primary testicular lymphoma is rare; lymphoma involving the testis is usually a consequence of dissemination from extra-testicular sites.
