Abstract

Answer C
In pregnant women with multiple sclerosis, relapse rates often decrease during pregnancy but may increase 3–6 months after delivery.
The influenza vaccination may increase the risk of relapse, but current guidance is that the vaccination should still be offered in line with the national influenza immunisation programme.
Pregnancy does not increase the risk of disease progression.
