A 17-year-old boy comes to see concerned about a lump on his neck, present for about a month. He feels tired and describes frequent night sweats. He has lost some weight over the past month. He has no sore throat. He has not travelled abroad recently. On examination, he has a 2 cm lump in the right side of the neck and splenomegaly on abdominal examination.
